I'm having trouble deciding on a photo, can you please help?

Can i get a different colour/size hoodie that isn't listed on your website?

Yes! please get in contact with me, if you are after something outside of what i have avaulable on the website, there is a one off fee of $10 to cover the costs of getting that particular colour/size in!

Will you be doing t-shirts or just hoodies?

I am working on adding t-shirts to our range, the date hasn't been fully confirmed, but keep an eye out on our social media to be the first to know when we will extend our range with shirts.

Can you do kids hoodies? 

Currently, I am only doing adult sizing. But this is something I would definitely like to add, keep an eye on our socials!

Do you do pet embroidery?

I definitely do!! So far i have done dogs, cats, horses, and a sheep!!

Do you embroider tattoos on people? 

I most likely will NOT do body tattoos, face tattoos may be an exception, depending on the complexity. Face tattoo may be considered only for selfie images. Please opt for large size embroidery. If you want to have a definitive answer, I suggest contacting me with the image and i will advise whether or not i will do the tattoo.

Do you embroider vehicles? 

Yes! i can definitely do that for you, as these take much longer to design, programme, embroider + use more material, there will be a surcharge of $5 for small embroidery piece, and $10 if you opt for the large placement, this is per vehicle embroidery. This will be sent in a separate invoice to you after you place your order.

What happens once I place an order? 

Once you place your order, your image will be carefully hand drawn with a great attention to detail. After it has been drawn, you will be sent an email with the copy of the drawing, once you have confirmed you are happy with the drawing, your image will be manually digitized (process of programming the stitches). After this, the image will be embroidered onto your hoodie, then packaged with love and care, and then finally shipped out, and ready for its new home!

How long from after I place my order will I receive it? 

Please check our "Processing & Delivery Timeframes" on the footer,  this is regularly updated! 

Shipping destinations: NZ and AUD wide delivery available.

Shipping cost:

• NZ orders over $120: tracked free shipping. $15 flat rate for orders under $120(tracked).
• AUS orders: $25 Flat Rate for all orders, for bundle deals, shipping would be $15. 

Australia is currently having delays in the network, if you want an even faster delivery service from the one i offer, I am happy to ship your order with courier or express, this would be an extra charge, please contact me for this.

Estimated Shipping times:

• NZ wide delivery: 1-5 Business Days
• AUS wide delivery: 6-12 Business Days (timeframe may increase depending on the location in AUS)

What happens if I don't receive my delivery within that timeframe? 

• Please contact me once the 5th business day has elapsed for NZ orders, for Australian deliveries please contact Australia Post

Will you be opening your store up for the rest of the world or just Australia and NZ?
