Q: I’m having trouble deciding on a photo, can you help?
A: Of course! If you’re unsure about the photo, placement, or colour, just reach out -I’d love to guide you and help create your perfect piece.
Q: Can I get a different colour, size, or style of hoodie that isn’t listed on the website?
A: Yes! If you’re after something outside of what’s listed, get in touch with me. There’s a one-off $10 (excl GST) fee to cover the cost of sourcing that specific colour, size, or style.
Q: Will you be doing t-shirts, or is it just hoodies and sweatshirts?
A: Right now, I’m focused on creating high-quality hoodies and sweatshirts. T-shirts are something I’d love to explore in the future, but there’s no set timeline. If I do release them, I’ll share the news on my social media first.
Q: Do you offer kids’ sweatshirts?
A: Yes! Kids’ sizes are available - just ask, and I’ll help you with the details.
Q: Do you do pet embroidery?
A: Yes, I do! So far, I’ve embroidered dogs, cats, horses, birds, and even a sheep. If you’d like your pet embroidered, just send me a clear photo and I’ll bring it to life in thread.
Q: Do you embroider tattoos on people?
A: I generally don’t embroider body tattoos. Face tattoos may be possible depending on the complexity, but only for selfie images and with a large embroidery size for best detail. If you’d like a definitive answer, please send me the image first and I’ll let you know whether it’s possible.
Q: Do you embroider vehicles?
A: Yes! I can embroider cars, trucks, motorbikes, or any type of vehicle. Because these designs take longer to create and use more material, there is a small surcharge: $5 (excl. GST) for a small embroidery and $10 (excl. GST) for a large embroidery, per vehicle. This fee will be invoiced separately after you place your order.
Q: Can you combine multiple photos into one embroidery design?
A: Yes! I can merge photos (for example, two pets together or a person with their pet). Just send through the images, and I’ll create one combined design for you.
Q: Can you embroider more than one person, pet, or vehicle on the same hoodie?
A: Absolutely! You can choose multiple subjects when ordering. Each additional person/pet/vehicle adds to the design time, so please select the correct option at checkout.
Q: Can I see the design before you embroider it?
A: Yes! I’ll send you a digital mock-up of your design before I proceed to programming the stitches then embroidering. Once you approve it, I’ll go ahead with the embroidery.
Q: What happens once I place an order?
A: Once you place your order, your image will be carefully hand-drawn with close attention to detail. You’ll then receive an email with a copy of the drawing to approve. You can request unlimited changes to the drawing until you’re happy. If you’d like a completely different image, there will be a $10 (excl. GST) fee for creating a new design. Once you approve the drawing, I’ll manually digitize it (programming the stitches), embroider it, package it with care, and ship it off -ready for its new home!
Q: How long after I place my order will I receive it?
A: Please check the “Processing & Delivery Timeframes” section in the website footer -it’s regularly updated so you always have the latest information.
Q: Can I change my order after placing it?
A: Small changes (like thread colour or text placement) may be possible if you contact me quickly after placing your order. For the drawing, you can request unlimited changes until you’re satisfied, but switching to a completely different image may incur a $10 (excl. GST) fee (this is per character). Once I’ve started embroidery, changes can no longer be made.
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Yes! I offer gift wrapping.
Q: What if I’m not happy with my design?
A: I always send you a copy of the drawing before I start embroidering. You can request unlimited changes until you’re fully happy. If you decide you’d like a completely different image, there will be a $10 (excl. GST) fee (per character) for creating a new design. Once you’ve approved the final drawing and I’ve begun embroidery, no further changes can be made.
Q: Do you ship within Auckland?
A: Yes! For Auckland orders, delivery is usually overnight (next business day) once your order has been completed and shipped. If your order is especially time-sensitive, depending on your location, I may also be able to personally drop it off. Please contact me to discuss this option.
Q: How long does shipping take within New Zealand (outside of Auckland)?
A: Once your order has been completed, delivery to the rest of New Zealand typically takes 1–3 business days. Rural addresses may take a little longer.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At the moment, I mainly ship within New Zealand, and Australia. If you’d like international shipping outside of NZ&OZ, please contact me directly and I’ll confirm the options available for your country.
Q: Do you offer urgent processing?
A: Yes! If you need your order by a specific date, please select Urgent Processing at checkout and include your deadline in the order notes. I’ll do my best to meet it.
