Each custom product is made specifically to your specifications and as a result, once we have started your order, it can not be modified, cancelled, returned, nor do we permit refunds to be given in the event that these terms were overlooked and blindly agreed to.
If you accidentally put in wrong information, or selected the incorrect option, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, either by the 'Contact Me' page or by emailing us at support@rauf.co.nz
We reserve the right to refuse any requested personalization if customization text contains any profanity, which includes offensive language, slogans or acronyms deemed inappropriate, derogatory, or profane. If you are unsure of anything, please contact us!
If you receive a custom item from us that is incorrect you may contact us with your order number in the subject line and we will be happy to assist you in an exchange for the correct items originally ordered.
We do not allow refunds due to impatience, change of mind, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
*Vehicle Embroidery* As these take much longer to design, programme, embroider + use more material, there will be a surcharge of $5 (excl GST) for small embroidery piece, and $10 (excl GST) if you opt for the large placement, this cost is per vehicle embroidery. This will be sent in a separate invoice to you after you place your order.
